Gladly I'd pay 1100.oo for this. A 30 minute walk to the station would be fine as a person who walks a lot. Very nice.

When you experience Japanese summers, let me tell you. That 30-minute walk is torture.

1100 buxks for a house that looks this nice, that can easily fit a family of 4 - 5 people and comes with a parking lot... What an absolute steal!!!

1,100 USD? Wow. This is a steal.

In Hungary even in the most poor village this would be a good 2000 USD per month and most people only make 600 USD a month at most.

But who'd pay $2000 in rural areas? Only makes sense in tier 1 cities at best. And hungary being small state even in tier 2-3 small cities 2000 would be too much especially since you've enough supply

If I didn't have to work in a major city, I wouldn't mind paying 1.1K for a huge ass house. I'd be paying 3 times that for the equivalent 4 bed house in the US.

So did someone die or get murdered in this house? Not that it would bother me, but Japanese people tend to prefer to buy new homes and are very concerned about buying used homes where someone has died. That is the only reason I can think of why this house would be so cheap, otherwise this would at least be 20 million yen house. Never mind, my mistake, I saw the post and thought this was the price of the house, not the monthly price to rent the house. That makes more sense.
