Personally, I don't think she'll be the second BoA. I think she'll be the first and only IU. ;) BoA was known for singing as well as dancing. I think IU still lacks in dancing, but boy can she sing. I hope she can make an album where it's full of her songs that really showcases her true self as well as her ginormous talent! She deserves all the attention and popularity - I hope it never stops.
