Thanks for the video, but the thing is you've already known which column is throwing the mistake. Now I'm dealing with 5GB of txt file and getting this error. What am I supposed to do? Can you suggest anything?

With this error it also gives the name of column, if you check the video it got failed on DateOfJoining, so in your case you should check the complete error message and see on which column it is failing. May be you can add the error handling in data flow and try to move those records to a separate table so that you can check them later. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gHe3gHlnitCheK8
