I have used a Dremel and small burr to grind out carbonized PCB,and then fill in with 5 minute epoxy. I've even patched a burn-through hole with epoxy,set eyelets and new copper tracks to repair a switcher PS. it saved a customer the high cost of a new circuit board for his instrument. it was also a fun practice experiment.

Hi haseeb , The treadmill has an E02 error. IGBT is intact. The treadmill runs for a short time but stops and an E02 error occurs.What should I do about this? Motor is good.. When I test the treadmill's motor with an external DC power supply, the motor runs smoothly. However, when I connect it to the circuit board, it does not give any output after a short time.
