Prices in Mokila will average out to 30000 - 35000. Good chance of Rs. 10000 decrease and GO 111 lands also for 25000. That’s the meaning of averaging/ Reversion 2 mean Naveen Garu. RBI will also increase rates, Elections in 2 years. Liquidity crisis in market in Q4 in 2023. These all will affect next 2 years

Prices may not go down but definitely will not go up in next 2-3 years. Returns will be minimal for those who invested in triangle recently. News of 111 GO getting lifted is enough to make the market stagnant. No need of actual implementation of it

price has to come down over a period of time, if there are no buyers, but someone needs to sell it urgently. Demand vs Supply. But, there will be many folks who won't sell when the price is down, they will wait for a few yrs for it go up again. There will be short term losses, but in the long run, for someone who invested at 25k, even if it comes down to 45K, that's not a loss. For those who bought at 50K+, it is a loss.
