@@phuongtruong-cd4ps 我用的是日本太白粉(其實是馬鈴薯澱粉、因為日本人愛用,所以叫日本太白粉、大多用來勾芡) 你說的tapioca starch…我查了一下 好像是樹薯粉…其實是可以 …因為量只需加一點點、用意是在煎蘿蔔糕的時候 不會散開來! 所以是ok的

I’m sure you can use tapioca starch. South east Asia use tapioca starch more frequent because it’s easily available, unlike potatoes starch is less common and more expensive. I think this is why S.E. A use tapioca starch. Taiwan usually use potato starches starch. I think it’s also similar to the reason above. I also noticed Taiwanese recipes request mostly potato starch, hardly tapioca starch.
