On this episode we're joined by two former Cork Life Centre students Amber & Lee who explain how they ended up in the Life Centre, what it is like and how it helped them. For those of you who don't know what the Life Centre is, it is an informal education centre for young people who did not fit the rigid mainstream education system. You can find out more by listening to Episode #15 with Don O'Leary, the Director of the Centre.

I really love your podcasts and how informative and healing they are. They highlight everyone has a story and how important it is to look past the individuals trauma and ‘see’ the true person. Lads from Co. Leitrim. I love your podcast and your positive influence that now reaches so many. I would like your advice, My dream is to facilitate workshops in personal development, the main thing I wish to do is to instil within many how enough they are. You might not be aware but there is an open prison close to where I live, Loughlain House.
