In a few hours, the Rammus Quinn bug will be gone (probably forever), since Radiant Virtue is getting removed. So this was the last chance to use the beautiful potential of this bug :D

Morgana Q was rank 1 and when maxed it goes from 2 seconds to 3 seconds of root duration, technically it could have lasted longer. Around 37-38 seconds.

With the weird fear durations, does that mean fear isn’t properly reduced by tenacity?

No the reason is different. The fear from ww and fiddle are coupled with the slow, but because the slow gets applied before the fear only the first CC gets increased during that tick. The fear duration does get increased with Hwei, so it's not a matter of what type of CC but in which order the CC gets applied. The -1180% tenacity only exist for a single tick, which is why that happens.

@@Kuraikarigotcha, so because the -1180% tenacity duration is so short, it matters when the fear was applied. But normally if you had merc treads it will reduce the fear, even if it's applied afterwards. Thanks

you may know this, but the reason for the fear of ww and fiddle is because of how its coded, where for example if fiddle q's you and then dies like 0.2 secs later, you're still slowed during that time, but you loose the fear status, aka u can move how you want. I asume this is somehow different with hwei, maybe because hes new? I dont really know the specifics of it because im not a programmer, and while it feels weird thats my best guess.

Im probably wrong, but im guessing the code or order they apply the debuffs in might be swapped around, and whatever checks are normally done first for the specific debuff (e.g. slow) might not be applying properly to the latter (e.g. fear). So if they swap around the order for Hwei’s fear/slow, it might achieve a similar effect as Warwick? I’m an amateur when it comes to coding so it’s mostly just speculation on my part, but I know that the line or order of code that is applied first can change how something works, as the game runs checks for that specific debuff and then enables variables for that same debuff as well, that might then be checked for later in the second debuff. Again just speculation though.

Yep, it's a single tick so only the First debuff get the extension, Fiddle and WW slow first, Fear after. Hwei Fear and slow after.

Finally the numbers tell the truth for whenever I get Perma stunned. Get hit with ever stun and root in the book only for the game to tell me it lasted 4.5 seconds. The client just feels bad at some point and tells you an arbitrary number I guess to make you not realize how terrible Tenacity as a stat is
