Those 3 are atleast sacrificing Mana Flow. Kennen and Rumble are overjoyed lmao

Dont forget champs like Ekko and Smolder. Increases Damage AND Healing on your ult

@@basilblack9928 Mana Flow isn't nearly as good as people think it is. Coal take, but resource management in lane is already super easy for conquerer lux (off meta, I know) who can just take presence of mind and basically spam her E for free with a single mana regen item without ever having to worry about costs. (also one of Lux, Ekko, Kennen, Kassadin and Karthus's item is ludens, which gives you an insane earlygame mana regen item) Something people don't talk about is how Naafiri ( a champion that by all accounts, is almost a mage just with AD scaling ), doesn't tend to take manaflow at all, despite it being almost neccessary if you want to lane as naafiri (support/top). Imagine for a moment how overpowered this'll be on her, it removes the weakest phase of her gameplay (level 6) by ensuring that even if she wastes it, she can just kill 2-3 enemies and have her ult right back up, which is mobility, healing, shield, attack damage. A lot of champions people haven't been paying attention to like Naafiri, Rammus, hell even (YUUMI, infact I think she'll be a serial abuser of this rune because of the ult CD reduction only needing a takedown) will likely do extremely well with this rune.
