According to gundam wiki, the wings of light actually gives the Destiny faster acceleration, which could be useful on certain occasions. Funny how even on the wiki, the Strike Freedom's wings of light is only "a cosmetic feature" and"serve no other known purpose". LOL

Why do wings and swords get the spotlight when the Blast Impulse was so much better? I was Shinn, aside from not blaming Orb for something the EA and Kira caused, I would prefer using the Blast Impulse. Its a long-range unit, has missiles, beam and rail cannons and can move at high speeds. For god's sake, it hovers over water! That is just awesome in my book!

Neeto!!!, Gladd impulse maid it into FullBoost!!! Even though destiny technically is the suit kira should have piloted given his first and former machine strike, i cant help but think freedom was still in a way an upgrade of the strike! XD Especially given that destinys head lookes nuthing close to the strike but freedoms damn sure does! =D

Okay, I can understand how the Impulse Gundam's Core Splednor and Silhouette Flyers (aside from the Blast Silhouette, of course) are flight-capable in atmosphere; but how the hell are the Chest Flyer and the Leg Flyer flight-capable in atmosphere, since they lack any real aerodynamic qualities?

Is that the green one? Cause I really like the green one, with its cannons and missiles and...whatever those yellow things are. Meh, swords are okay, but in a world of mega partical cannons, I don't wanna get in too close, rather stay in the back and missile spam..just IMO

Well aren't destiny's wings also releasing mirage colloid particles? That's why it gives him after images and use so much energy not just the increase in speed?

Still have no Idea how Freedom Lost to Impulse. that fight was basically that on kid on the arcade that keeps inserting coins because he cannot win against his opponent.
