They arent asking they are demanding.Easily an affordable payback under normal circunstances but C19 stimulus protocals caused the substantial increase in interest by the state and UI department to get 3x the normal amount returned.They made the mistake, lowered the requirements to collect benefits and now want the money back .Without legal representation the average person cant fight the system .Employers have attorneys an HR department and a ton of records not available to clamants. Its in the 10s of thousands of dollars and taxes have been paid on the benefits that is not refundable at this point.OOPsS My Bad is not a good excuse.Nobody was applying for a loan.UI shut down collected benefits to quarantee while nobody else can.Yea right.

Employers to file did not comply at will. Georgia with no procedures, base on poor wage and labor the expectancy of an employer to file, provide FMLA, and/or either leave is highly unlikely. Manufacturing, warehouse, manufacturing are not regulated or monitored by state even online. The federal government at least have guidelines, but without statistics; it is ineffective. Checks and Balances- Mercantilism. The next question I should be ask; what will it take?
