Wish I had lawyers like this. He was not a danger for 10 years. While they were investigating him. Why can't he get a bound with all the things they are willing to use to keep tabs on him. You can't fight a case from jail. The jury is going to look at this as guilt. Do I think he was involved more likely but that ain't the point of a bond hearing. Your supposed to be inacent til proven gulity.. They just making a point that money can't get you out of trouble. Maybe it's a good thing for other people to take a look at their life's. But still feel everyone deserves a bond. I hate it when prosecutor's bring up thing's in a bound hearing that should not be. All them lyrics for example. Just crazy the judge would let this go on. Oh yeah and they had to put that fuck the judge or what ever it was. They think they slick. Then on the other hand this happens every day in bound hearing to regular people with out money. They get a appointed lawyer end up taking the plea cause their spirt broke from being in jail with no bound. Even if they innocent they take the plea because they know the judge is going to throw the book at them if they don't. And it hard to think the jury is going to get it right when the jury only hear half truths from the prosecutor. The legal system is broke and regular people don't have a chance.

Yet with all that he still was denied I have to say this is so messed up on so many levels this is definitely a political back room dealing they already agreed not to grant bond to this man no matter what was offered or said in court, the state should be ashamed of themselves on how their railroading this man. The judge has not a single intention of granting Thugs bond. He’s rolling his eyes yawing slapping his hand on the stand like he has a more important matters to handle elsewhere. Rappers, this is what your up against when expressing through your Hip Hop lyrics and you come from a life of poverty and gang activity. Country music and other genres of music can get away with it…because there’s no agenda against them. The law doesn’t care what good you do or have done. They’ll only see the negative because it’s profitable for private systems and I’m sure there are some sort of financial benefits for people such as judges and DAs who can almost assure that these private systems stay full of young black men. You don’t see a lot of old black men going to prison do you? Their life expectancy is the reason for that…bring them in young so they can have a lengthy sentence. More profit more state and federal fundings. 😏😏😏😒 the Judge is trash. If Mr Williams is innocent of the charges being place on him, I hope he gets out and leaves the hip hop alone all together. Become a full-time business man and continue to help your community. Listening to the prosecutor earlier was just like listening to nails dragging across a chalkboard! It was horrible.

Yeah the lawyer didnt have a great counter to that. The judge, I think, was clarifying that the Prosecution did not claim that the Defendant was intimidating witnesses but is THE leader of a gang and can harm potential witnesses. This is something the judge has to consider. The Defendant's lawyer indirectly insinuated that he is not the Leader of the gang and everything presented as facts in the case will not hold true or even be admitted in a future trial.

Thugs got a good lawyer but it doesn't even matter when that crabby ass judge had the word "No" on the tip of his toungue from the start. His mind was so made up that he didn't even want to hear the witnesses... So nothing anybody could have said would have made a difference in this set outcome. That little boy who testified put his whole heart and soul into his testimony and this "judge" only listened to it half heartedly, maybe a little impressed at how well spoken he was but he didn't really allow himself to hear sh*t that kid had to say... even though it was all truth. Has Thug done some illegal sh*t? Yeah... (I'd like to know who hasn't.🤔🥴) He's got a trial coming up for it....and, according to the Justice system, he is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty IN COURT. (supposedly) So WHY deny him bond? He can afford it and has all these people to back him up, both financially and otherwise. Using his song lyrics is a far reach... Are we gonna start locking up and stripping constitutional rights from every single artist in America who's sang a song about doing drugs or killing people? I can think of several country, alternative and rock artists who don't have their lyrics scrutinized and then used in court against them like this. Our own national anthem talks about bombs and war. The truth is, This whole d*mned country was built on WAR, LIES, THEFT, & MURDER. When will we see "Justice" for all of the indiginous people who lived here for thousands of years before this land was STOLEN from them? We won't... but thats why ya'll starting to see that this entire country is cursed as fuck... When will we see "Justice" for all of the slaves who were brought here against their will and tortured and treated like animals (that's an understatement) for their ENTIRE lives and that pain was passed on through their blood to their children and their children's children. This whole thing with Young Thug is just the govornment showing you that in these situations your "rights" don't mean sh*t, regardless of who you are... and they reserve the right to do whatever the f*ck they want to whomever the f*ck they want, whenever the f*ck they want. If you read this far, thanks for your time. I hope you have a beautiful day.

There are two allegations against Williams: 1) he rented a car that was then used in a murder he may very well have not had any foreknowledge of; this is doubtful given some of his prior statements in non-legal press about how thoroughly he vets people, but people also like to pump themselves up and people make mistakes; it may have been an honest mistake. 2) There are 56 counts of illegeal weapons possession. I would not doubt if at least half of these, if not more, were taken from instagram. There are two real reasons for this case (no, I'm not a conspiracy nut): (1) thug and other black rappers are gonnna be Fani's token black guys so she doesn't get accused of being biased when she gets a RICO out on Trump for trying to influence Georgia's elections. (2) Thug is VERY influential. He has hinted at some interest in running for President in 2024. You think a centrist Democrat wants YSL running Georgia? I doubt it. Praying for this man. He in a complete political bind. I'm sorry to tell you, Your Honor, but rap is gutter. It's street. It's hard. BUT THAT'S BECAUSE LIFE IN THE STREETS IS HARD! The defense attorney is right. Lyrics prove nothing. Music is an industry. We've been through this before: with Eminem, with Boozie... how many times, America? How many times are we gonna keep black men down for trying to FEED THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS?! Disgrace.

I don't know if he's(young Thug) innocent or guilty I do know he's a American citizen who is innocent until Proven Guilty. He's a music entrepreneur who has made millions legally and should be granted a bail. If I was a part of his team I would hold a counter Press Conference, I would start the lawsuit against Fulton County as well as a lawsuit against the prosecutor and all other representatives of the said agency, I would add the cost in loss revenue do to missed or canceled shows and I would let the meter run on this one. Other races or cultures of citizens of this society have certain members amongst there group who are accused and maybe actual criminals but the authorities of those cultures will not violate the rights of members from their group like misguided blacks. Dont get me wrong the non sense was getting out of hand in Atlanta from what I hear and something had to be done and I do not condone the killing of each other like which maybe alleged here..I'm simply pointing out a observation..good work on the defense counsel
