Hi Meg, watching you working is amazing, I'm new to the barista role so would you mind if I ask some questions? Sometimes I see you press the second button and sometimes the first button for large takeaway cup. So which button should I use for takeaway and dinein coffee. Hello! It really depends on your machine. If your machine is the exact same as mine, then the left one is for double ristretto and the middle one is double espresso. I don’t think I’ve ever used the first button (left button) for large takeaway :) we always use middle one because we put double espresso :)

Would you be able to give some tip to steam soy milk for latte art, I always messed it, always make bad latte art when using soy milk.

How does your end milk look like? Is it frothy? Too much foam?

That's always my issue, I'll make a drink then never drink it cause I make myself busy or it actually gets busy. Then I get a cold bitter cappuccino. Either I drink it then and there and feel like a ass for just standing there and drinking it or I just don't make a drink

I did in the beginning, but didn’t notice that it wasn’t put on properly again after I tasted some drinks. Also, it wasn’t mandatory anymore to wear a mask at that time. Have a great day! 😊
