Great chant rhythm. Thank you. The holding of the ong and kar are a little more achievable than I’ve been trying to reach following another online version. Although there are guidelines everyone seems to hold for different lengths. If the rhythm is correct does this matter? (I’m Part way through my level 2 by the way]. Sat Nam .

Hello Maria! Glad this is helpful. After teaching it lots I found that many people especially new ones to the practice just cannot do it for as long as many of the recordings are and begins to be a turn off for them so I always start with what is comfortable and build into the lengths. This is a common length that I would do in my classes so it is more accessible for everyone. Start with the rhythm and build the lengths up from there over time. :)
