Worked for my 2015 Corolla SE! OEM head unit voltage was reading 12V-13.5V depending on battery voltage or alternator voltage.

Theoretically this should also work for my 2018 Corolla IM with factory camera? Just use a t-tap with the reverse wire from my aftermarket pioneer stereo?

Excellent - Thank for the video! One question; Do you know if the camera 6 or 12 volt?

It looks like its right on the number 10, so I would assume 12 volts. Good video, but I don't understand why on DIY videos, some ppl don't take the extra minute to say the details. Some OEM cameras are 6 volts while almost all aftermarket radios/mulitmedia displays are 12 volts, so this is a crucial piece of information

Could you send voltage to this pin in order to get rhe backup camera on when not in reverse?

I believe you could send voltage to the reverse wire of your in dash to activate the reverse camera. You may want to install a switch so that way you could turn it on and off, or else it may be always on. My stereo has an option to just turn on the reverse camera whenever, though
