This song means so much to people like me….”Blessed are the poor in spirit…”. Since I’ve been going through a very low time lately, I listen to it every day. It gives me hope, and the fact that it is so beautiful just makes it that much more special. Chronic depression is awful to have to deal with, and I’m looking forward to the day I trade all these sorrows for a glorious crown, which I will immediately lay at the feet of my Lord.
