Looks cool! Though, imo instead of flooding as a weather event from all the rain, I'd rather have a Tornado at a certain part of the map. Since Luigi Circuit looks to be in the flat, tornado alley area and tornadoes can often appear from supercell storms.

I can see where youre coming from with it, and it honestly sounds like a really cool idea, but I think it deviates too much from the original track. Thanks for the suggestion tho!

Really appreciate the effort to take the original layout and bring it into Tour's aesthetic for the track. Hopefully the next Mario Kart doesn't play fast and loose with remaking Super Circuit tracks
