I used to own one of these and sold it to the guy who wrote the manual. It went to a good home but it’s my biggest regret.

Cool, was he an ElectroComp employee or a freelancer?

@@Cfpp0well I tried sending a reply back the other day but it included a couple links so I think it wouldn’t post. I unfortunately can’t remember his name. This was about 2008 but I do remember he was elderly at the time and when he came to get the synth he was walking with a cane. When he came into the room, he saw it, he sat down in front of it and he said “hello old friend“. He was in shock to find out that I even had it and then he told me that he was one of the helpers in writing the manual. He was definitely still working in sound-design because his card was for his business where he went to different colleges and talked about a specific type of acoustics. It’s still the only synthesizer I ever sold that I wish I hadn’t and of course, now the prices are way out of my range, but I still do own an Electrocomp 101 and I had it modded so it accepts standard 1v/oct. I made an entire album using only that synthesizer there’s no other sound sources. I used various euro rack gear to control it and sequence it and that was the link that I was trying to send you. I don’t share my music publicly so without sending a link to my email, or dropbox I’m not entirely sure how to get it to you or if you’re interested in the first place.
