Look at the location. Spurs wanted to buy the Olympic Stadium, demolish it and build their own stadium there. The city of London didn‘t approve this, because it was a newly built stadium and sold it to West Ham.

Their were a coiple from the 90s. The original plans for Wembley Stadium or Blackpools original plans for Bloomfield Road that would have held 40000 and featured a retractable roof. Or Coventry City's plans for a new stadium before they built the Ricoh Arena. orginally they planned a new stadium with a retractable roof.

In my opinion, this list must have one stadium more - Cosmos Arena or Samara Arena in Russian 🇷🇺 city of Samara. The first project of this stadium was really amazing - I think it could be one of the most beautiful football stadiums in the world 😍 But final project, which realized IRL, is boring and not interesting 🙁 My opinion of not-realized project is 9,3/10 and of contemporary option - 5/10... 😐
