Planning to get one , please I have 3 questions 1. At what point should you get the timing chain done to avoid this situation? 2. How much is the cost of changing the timing in uk 3. How much the total cost of the restoration Thanks

Some good questions, I’m not a qualified Machanic but I’ll answer your questions as best I can, it depends on how the car has been looked after but between 80 to hundred thousand miles is a good guide. The price to change the chain is all about the labour costs so best to shop around, the cost to repair the engine just over £4000 as I said in video but could have been done for less knowing what I have learned in the process, hope this helps
