I've been playing the uke for about 5 years and it never ceases to amaze me how many different styles can be played on it for such a small instrument with so few strings. Definitely going to start learning some blues now!

I'm interested in learning to play the ukulele. Do you have instructional videos and which ukulele to get?

Go to ukuleleunderground -- they have instruction! and talks about which ukulele(s) to get.

I think it depends what you want out of your ukulele. Do you want an electric or acoustic? Do you want a thicker sound with more bass or a nice light trebly ukulele? Get a feel for different ukuleles, seeing if the strings feel like they're close enough to the body, if your fingers can go across the fretboard smoothly, etc. before getting it and see if it feels right to you. You'll figure out what you like, trust me. It really depends on the player. I wish someone would've told me that when I first started playing. Lanikai makes pretty good ukuleles, and some are fairly cheap. Luna and Alvarez also make some affordable good quality ukes. I believe they're playing on tenor ukuleles, or at least the guy on the right is. That's the third size of ukulele, with concert being one step below, and soprano being the smallest. I hope that helps you decide on a ukulele. 🙂

A7 (0100), D7 (2020), and E7 (1202) are the only three chords used! It follows a standard 12 bar blues form. 4 bars of A7, 2 of D7, 2 of A7, 1 of E7, 1 of D7, 1 of A7, 1 of E7 then repeat!
