I've never seen a 7-string violin before, so I had to look it up. It's a "Viper" model made by Wood Violins of Tucson, AZ. They come in 4-, 5-, 6-, and 7-string versions. I'd love to hear what the lower strings sound like. Awesome playing!

When I first saw the violin I thought it was a flying-V of some sort, never having seen an electric violin like that. It's a Wood Violin Viper. It has a chest support system that lets you wear it hands free. Takes a lot of pressure off of the vertebrae in your spine, and especially in your neck.

One time, I went to a “dance” club and there was a guitar player in the restroom. I requested “hotel California “ and he started playing it. Half way through the song, people started to sing along and he’d looked worried. He kept on playing, they kept on singing, each verse got hurried more and more. By the end, he did the whole song, people were happy, and he was glad to be done with it. He was compensated very well also. Great times I tell you.
