Love it when you don't know when your eggs expire. Oh, I know ... write the date on each egg as you take 12 eggs, one-at-a-time and put each into the plastic egg dispenser.... ! Look how much time you (don't) save over just leaving them in the date labeled carton. 🙄

Yes, that is daft. Less silly, but even so, I’ve stopped decanting my ingredients into attractive containers that have to be labelled, regularly washed and refilled. What is the point!? Yes, they look nice, but you can’t see them most of the time when your cupboard doors are shut. I don’t like making unnecessary work for myself, or wasting money.

Be careful of the weight you put on the range shelf. Too much can both impede heat dissipation and put pressure on the internal control boards, causing them to throw error messages.
