Devante Parker has the potential to be all pro. His issue is injuries. Plus, which good qb was throwing him the ball? Him, dj chark, Marvin Jones and allen robinson all have injury issues but are all pro potential athletes. If you seen them play and get the opportunity (good qb play) they have lite up defenses.
