This maybe useful. It is not the most practical way to decide what will be the perfect fit for you by looking at the size and shape, but it can give you an idea on how their shape, size, mould, nozzle angle differs from brand to brand and model to model. Answering the question of ‘how is the fit and comfort’ is a hard task. You ear shape, size, IEM shape, size, mould, nozzle size, nozzle angle,ear tips, ear hook and everything matters. I still don’t know how to answer that, i mainly mention about the ear size and how they fit to my ear size(medium to large) and the mould. Your suggestions are welcome(for this issue and for future videos like this)

I appreciate this! No one in the IEM space is talking about fit. Adding measurements would be helpful, especially for nozzle size and angle. Keep up the great work!

Maybe you could add the view of each side side to side (like right w. right for example), at least for me it's easier to imagine the size. For me the Chu 2 is the most comfortable alloy non-bullet style iem to date, it's so small and can disappear in my ear without feeling cheap at all (other "lightweight" iems often feels cheap and plasticky).

Thank for the suggestion man❤️. Will improve to give more accurate look. Yeah, chu 2 is in a different league.

Thank you for the great side-by-side comparisons. Thankfully, I haven't encountered any fit issues that simply changing out eartips couldn't remedy. Not sure if that means I have mainstream ears or elephant ears. 🤔😂👍

Haha, yeah most of the time tips works for me. But sometimes i need to swap the cable to get the best fit. I have kinda weird ear😏

Thank you for putting this up! I made the right choice getting the Tanchjim cause I've pretty small ears, and the Waner likely would be uncomfortable in my ears despite the relaxing tuning. Had debated about the Chu 2 but heard about filter issues in humid countries like mine. May consider the Simgot next time, and perhaps try the Salnotes, since I thought they're big. Didn't expect the Waner to be bigger! Again, thanks for this!

This is useful for me, I thought salnotes zero is a big one, the design makes it looks so big on photo when being alone, and I just know that waner is so bulky.

Nice. Yes, wan'er looks smaller on front, but it is thicc😁

After KZ Castor Bass's overwhelmingly good response, CCA has launched it's basshead IEM Trio (3 DD). Hope you can get your hands on it soon.

Yeah, definitely gonna pick them up. Love the Castor and also i have tested the Rhapsody. I usually don’t like the BA timbre, but i know how good it is. Trio will be a banger for sure.

I want to add those measurements to the video too, so most probably uploading on sunday. Actually I targeted to upload on Friday, but delivery of the scale is late. Definitely upload on sunday, if I get the scale on saturday morning, video will be uploaded on saturday evening.

As a person who have Kinera Celest Wyvern (pro), it is the most UNCOMFORTABLE iem in my collection. it hurts in just a matter of time. Comes near is CCA Rhapsody. Then probably those Zeros.. subjectively for my ear structure of course.
@weirdear954 ай бұрын
Absolutely agree with you. Those are so big. Definitely create uncomfort after listening for about 20mins. Ziigaat Cinno is the smallest i found for a hybrid(1DD + 4BA).
@vvan2224 ай бұрын
Wah thx for your info, but someone in the local community said that it's really comfortable, so I guess it really depends on someone's ears. Anyway, he also said that Wyvern has an excellent technicalities like the soundstage, it's almost the same with much higher price class iems, is it true?
@faisalfirdausiinn47084 ай бұрын
@@vvan222 For now i would agree the comfort depends on an individual ear structure. So for me in this case, it seem iem with fin design cannot properly get into where it suppose to, thus causing discomfort. in terms of technicalities however, i have to almost disagree. Most of other iems (in the same price range) perform much better for me (again subjectively to own preferences). Yes, it perform above its weight but it falls far from the competition.

I'm really confused between the Chu 2 and Zero 2, I'm a very average consumer, I play some games, watch movies and I like listening to music, I'm very sensitive to shouty trebles (it hurts my ears) and I like a little bit of bass. Can you suggest which one I should get? I'm comfortable with anything, doesn't have to Chu 2 or Zero 2. I've been confused for a long time, I tried Wan'ners and it didn't really appeal to me much.
@weirdear954 ай бұрын
Now the zero 2 is the perfect option for you. It is well balanced and doesn't have any shoutyness or fatiguing treble. Chu 2 will definitely hurt your ears.
