I think some of the women could definitely be younger than 50, but some could also be 50+. Women are taking care of themselves and looking younger. I am 62 and get told I look at least 10 years younger than I am all the time.

1. Where are the 50+ women? If you are going to tell us to wear AB&C because we're heading towards a good vintage, at least have enough respect for the viewers to.use images of women who are in that age bracket or even the next. The video comes across as very contrite very condescending. 2. Blazer, white shirt and jeans. Really? This has been flogged to death and as such when I see a lady in said garb, I automatically think that they must have read Woman's Own 3. I can no longer do the old white shirt with denim jeans without seeing Meghan Markel and that has put me off this combo. 4. Ladies dress to flatter your figure and bring in little bits of your personality. But please throw out hideous leggings, sweatpants, awful t-shirts, baggy hoodies etc. They are for the gym or to last about at home.

Posture, grace - 6 hours per week of dancing and yoga will do the job for you 6. Healthy nails (no polish or gel or else). Buffing and moisturizing will do the job. 8. Overall health. Sorry, its hard to look great with any of the chronic disease. Once all in check, sure reward yourself with nice fashion statement and lip gloss - it will be 1000 more effective. Instead, marketers want us to spend thousands of dollars in pursuit of ideal image without ever reaching it.

I am a fan of the old show "What Not to Wear". While these styles might work for some body types, they absolutely will not work for everyone. This is a guide for tall and thin and those who can afford Coach and cashmere. It is not a good guide for over 50 of all body types on a budget.
