Good day, I'm creating my own snake cable using the ethernet cable for 15m long and good for four channels. So my question is, do we really can add some resistors to less the humming sound?

Nice vid. Where did you get the colored nylon? Where did you get the parts?

2 sources I know of for the parts and coloured nylon (PET Techflex 1/8") : USA > www.redco.com/ CANADA> www.economik.com/ Amazon also has heat shrink and coloured nylon. Thanks for watching, best of luck on building!

Excellent video. There is much useful info here. However THIS IS NOT HOW TO SOLDER! Watch a few soldering videos and learn how to solder properly. Then follow everything else in this video. It's all good info except for how the soldering is being done.

Thanks for the feedback, How would you solder differently?

@@LearnAudioEngineering Have someone show you! It's not easy to describe in writing. There are a lot of KZbin videos about this. Rule No.1 is: Heat the part; NOT the solder. Rule No. 2 is: Make a good mechanical connection first, THEN solder the joint. NEVER drip molten solder onto a joint (see rule No.1). Heat the joint first and melt the solder into the joint. But here I am trying to tell you how to do it in writing. Watch a few videos about soldering, and if you can, talk to someone who really knows how to solder. It's not hard to learn. But if you don't know, you'll never get a good solder joint. Cheers!
