Hi Abbie I was excited to see you casting on a nativity, I’m also making one this year and my pattern should arrive today. I’ve chosen to do a knitted one so it will be great to cheer each other on, although I haven’t sorted out any yarn yet so I guess that will be my job this weekend 😁. Poor Buddy in the snow, my Mabel absolutely loved playing in the snow she’s a tiny Shih Tzu and I had to drag her in each time 🤣🤣

I can’t wait to see how your nativity turns out! We need to cheer each other on with it this year! Buddy doesn’t mind it sometimes, I think he was just too cold haha. I’m so glad Mabel loved playing in the snow 😊

Just found your channel today. I believe Ange from Yarn n Yarns KZbin channel started the 12 days of Christmas cast on. Your baby Jesus is very cute. I started knitting a nativity a couple of years ago. I still need another shepherd, the 3 wise men and an angel or two. I want to move the wise men slowly down the stairs until they arrive at the stable on the 6th and I don't put baby Jesus in the manger until Christmas morning. I say I do these things for my grandsons (who do love it) but mainly it's for me. 🤭 The decorations always come down by new year's eve so that 1st January is a brand new start. X
