until next time my friends! keep on worming on
On November 10th I decided enough was enough and that it was time to end my Marijuana addiction once and for all. I did it with Nicotine 679 days ago, and I know I can do it with weed. This will be a long battle of self discovery, feel free to join me on that adventure! This is day 12 without weed :)

Be extremely careful drinking. If you think getting off weed is hard alcohol is on a completely different level.

Good for you man. For those of us who started smoking very early in life, it definitely does a number on your memory quickly, especially when you get near my age; around 40. I can't remember shit anymore dude. And I truly hate that. I despise people who say that its "ABSOLUTELY HARMLESS"...that's so untrue. When they age up a bit, they'll find out for themselves if they continue to smoke in amounts say, like how I did...Keep going! Oh man...over 2 years without cigarettes? You're a warrior, truly!

I was like you 18 years ago at 25, same look same demeanor. I missed out on so much, I had so much athletic, scholastic, entrepreneurial potential and stayed numb every day all day for 8years. Now at almost 43 years old I look back and have so much regret at what could have been. Weed robbed me, I was too comfortable with my standard of living and accepted mediocrity

Focus on the little things that make you happy and stay strong broski it's a struggle to quit that takes bravery, courage, and strong minded personality. Try to not overthink things because that can cause you to relapse remember that all it takes is one day at a time. Love you bro people care for you even if the whole world seems against you.

Hey you are doing the right thing and you are doing great. I did weed for 31 years and stopped 2.5 years ago and I honestly have never looked back, I am sharper, I sleep better , I'm not paranoid anymore, and have a more pleasant mood, and am able to clearly think in my job, and you know what? my chest pains stopped almost straight away. You are an inspiration sir.

@@imiivestreamer I think moderate usage can work for some people but when being high becomes your default state (as it did for me for 10 years) it really changes you as an individual.

@@user1oooify Everyones journey is different, something important that i pulled from the sober streak is that the withdrawal made me feel like my problems were a lot more serious then they actually were, I really just needed a few months away from it before I was able to see how much I was under a mental spell. Good luck to you

read the book "how to stop smoking" by Allen car- the trick is to change ur perspective of smoking - see it as a source of a problem vs a solution to a problem - and as a former alcoholic I agree with the "none of its doing me any good" because I need to learn how to regulate my emotions as an adult without stimulants or substances to help me cope .. raw dogging reality as they say .. HOW. 😂 I commend those who can as someone who's been doing drugs since middles school I hope to be completely sober my final addiction , smoking
