Oh wow, how inspiring! Love it: use what you've got and experiment. You don't need a roller: the hammered wire mesh pattern worked fabulously. I love your videos and thanks for making them!

We all have at least one, a Phillips head screw driver that will not turn a screw, grind it down to get a rid of the point and it makes a wonderful large "X" stamp.

Love your videos. Especially how you are conscious to explain each step and what each process is in case this is the first video of yours they have seen and don't yet know what annealing or pickling are for example. I've been at this for a couple years as a hobby and know all of those things but these are some of the better produced videos I've seen concerning actually teaching. I was actually looking up videos for how people made jewelry thousands or hundreds of years ago but only found a few good ones and saw one of yours. Now I am on my third and have already found the next video you made that ill be watching next. Great job and thanks for being a good teacher!

This is definitely an option minded and encouraging video. Thanks for the recommendation! The jewelry that I sell in my shop online is of the style that I want to be nice and shiny. So, I'm focusing on a very smooth, polished texture. But I definitely do search my home regularly for bits and pieces to use as tools. Two of the most unusual that I use are a wooden candy stick as a tiny dowel, and chopsticks for whatever calls for a chopstick at the time. It's definitely fun to be creative and resourceful! 👍
