Crying... every time again if I see this movie, and this song... I really don't understand the people that dislike this video. This film is really the most beautiful film I ever saw. It is the first film that make my cry... and that say something, because this is the only film that makes me cry. Everything is perfect in this film... the story... the soundtrack, of course, the way that horses "talking" to each order... And that all together makes it perfect. That a film, where the most important characters not talking with words, like in Disney films (Bambi, Brother Bear, etc.), but non-verbal... Okay, there is a voice-over of Spirit to tell the story, but that's it. And that is enough. You understand what they "saying" to each other, without words. That is really special. That makes this movie so special. In the songs there are words, Spirit's words, and the people talk with words, but the horses don't. Spirit's voice-over don't say: "I say to rain that I love her" but is gestures saying enough. 1 word: Fantastic!!

‘The story I want to tell you cannot be found in a book. They say the history of the west was written from the saddle of a horse, but it’s never been told from the heart of one. Not ‘till now. I was born here, in this place that would come to be called Old West. But to my kind, the land was ageless. It had no beginning and no end, no boundary between earth and sky. Like the wind and the buffalo grass, we belonged here. We would always belong here. They say the mustang is the spirit of the west. Whether that west was won or lost in the end, you’ll have to decide for yourself. But the story I want to tell you is true. I was there and I remember. I remember the sun and the sky, and the wind calling my name, and a time when wild horses ran free...’

+Captain Phasma I've watched it countless times when I was younger, like very young and I haven't seen it since then, but now I can actually grasp and understand the story and I just started noticing so many great things happening in the movie and I almost cried (which is something I rarely do, especially for an animated film), but just watching the movie and actually immersing myself in it and experiencing that added nostalgic feeling made me so overwhelmed with emotion and this movie will always be in my heart. I will never wish for a sequel because it is perfect on its own. I used to not even notice that Rain was shot in the first place. But horses are strong so I doubted that a small old-timey bullet would actually kill her, however when she walked through the smoke, I got so many chills and was so happy and excited even though I knew she wasn't dead, still a very great scene regardless. I love this movie so much.
@Soundtracks928 жыл бұрын
