Terrify Magneto? That's reaching, don't you think? Frost is nowhere near the telepathic might and skill of either Xavier or Jean Grey. Granted she can outmatch a more powerful telepath with inferior skill like when she fought Rachel Summers. But to terrify Magneto? The worst thing that can happen between these two is a stalemate since Magneto cannot harm Emma Frost's diamond form, but she'll also be unable to use her telepathy while in that form. Then again, Emma's diamond form had already been shattered in the past with a bullet. Aren't most bullets made of metal? Emma can give Magneto a small surprise, but terrify him? That's just ridiculous.

Jean is the stronger telepath, she can reach minds across worlds. Emma, however, is shown to be a little more skilled but her methods don't always work. If they battled it would be a stalemate not because they are on an even playing field but because the way they use their powers are like opposites of each other. Jean does have more potential than her and even though we want to say Emma is omega level, she is not. But she is very close to it, I wouldn't be surprised if they later on say she is though. And Emma's diamond form is not unstoppable. She was shattered before and Cracked before, her daughters however are flawless, they can't be stopped once in the form

Emma Frost is boring to me. For decades in the comics she only had low level psionic telepathy and would regularly get her a$$ beaten by Jean Grey (this was before Jean became Phoenix). Then as writers do with boring characters when they hit a brick wall with them, they re-invent/retcon them altering their origin and giving them new and/or stronger powers or in this case the “Secondary Mutation” device. Emma Frost is the resident T&A or “cheesecake” factor which is why her popularity is predominately among male readers. She was really just window dressing as the White Queen of the Hellfire Club. Emma has become more substantive but she’s still just meh for me. Don't take it personal, she's a fictional character from a comic book.

He himself said too many mutants were overcooked and many of them had the omega title.
