I used to watch 4k videos of full length flights, to send me to sleep, as when I fly the sound of the jet engines always makes me nod off. Only trouble is you can here kids crying or people chatting loudly, So this to me is a god send, as it’s the nearest to internal aircraft noise I’ve found to date but without the screaming skulls in the background. I have trouble sleeping or late due to pain meds and the brown music was helping me fall asleep sooner, but then I noticed it was waking me up throughout the night, so, I’m going to try just 2 hours to help me get to sleep. Hopefully it won’t wake me up any more.
