If you're stuck for questions, here are a few you could ask: • How would you describe the culture? • Why is this position open? • What are you looking for in a candidate? • What do you see as some challenges for the person coming into this role? • What does the growth path look like for this role?

Haha wait, you saying that interview is a conversation, and in 30sek you saying that there will be a dedicated time to ask your questions. By that means, that 20min a person will answer your, recruiters, questions, and maybe will have a time at the end to ask his/hers own. Am I understanding this approach right? 😅

Good question! Your recruiter will be aiming to answer a few key questions about you to move you forward in the process, so it's a good idea to try to get those covered first. But feel free to ask for clarifying information throughout. The time at the end can be used for any extra questions you weren't able to answer for yourself earlier.
