I about died when you put that black circle covering up all that cool work. But I LOVE the Mandela too. Lots of great ideas. Thanks so much!!❤

It's always scary to cover things up but it can be fun to let go of expectations and just experiement!

YES! I often use cheap notebooks for my art journaling process because this is the space where I like to practice and play without pressure of using expensive paper.

I just discovered your channel this morning and after watching a couple of videos was immediately inspired to pull out a cheap, blank book I bought at Michaels several months ago and start painting. I struggle with feeling like I have to create masterpieces in my “good” art journals while simultaneously just wanting to create freely. Next thing I knew, an hour had passed and I’d had a great time. Thank you so much- I’m excited to watch more of your videos!

Your methods inspire me so much. Do you have tutorials for how you made your foam stamps? Are the triangle stamps made by you also?

Gorgeous work. I'd love to know what white gel pen that was.

My favorites right now are Posca paint pens and I often use the Uniball Signo white pen for small details and drawings like the mandala.

Love it! I think I was a bit hypnotized watching the mandala being drawn. 😵💫 So satisfying. Do you make any effort to make sure some of previous layers show through in the end?
@alisakburke2 жыл бұрын
More than anything I just let things develop as they do- I try not to completely cover everything up and challenge myself to see how many layers I can add! 12 layers are a lot for me- my happy place for layering is typically 5-6 layers where you are able to see most layers through them all.

10 Thumbs Up. This is an Oh Wow. Now can I do this? I’ll sure try.
