Not sure what I was thinking when I was mentioning CAT II CAT III xd, has nothing to do with the volts, I think I found out the model is WWS-DMM-H01 (actually didn't notice) few things like the continuity resposivness test I saw from EEVblog, while pillow detector joke I saw from DiodeGoneWild, not sure what else is there to say other than i forgot to say that i hate that the display is also backlit....
