Great Video! Here's are the 12 lessons: 1. Everything takes practice 2. You have power (eg. your words and actions have influence on someone) 3. Trust your gut 4. Every moment counts 5. Embrace Flexibility 6. Open yourself up to love 7. A lifetime of maintenance 8. Learning takes a lifetime 9. Thinking is your greatest power 10. Make yourself necessary (eg. what knowledge do you have that others don't) 11. Failure creates success (Failure helps you grow so don't be afraid to fail) 12. Thinking twice (always give yourself time to think, reflect, reconsider)

It was Paul McCartney who said the Beatles played 10,000 hours together. Because of it, they became the world's greatest band. So now even college music professors say you should practice 10,000 hours on an instrument. Also "Hope for the best but prepare for the worst" is one of the best advice I've ever heard.

1- Some people's failed attempts at something is better than the final product of other people. 2- if you need to hide in your safe place, use the time to read or research what you would like to accomplish, and do something small to improve yourself, like grooming and learno9ing to cook. 3- take chances! Just don't do anything dangerous to yourself or destructive to others. 4- Failures only win if you let them win. Otherwise if you learn from a failure, you didn't really fail.
