My friend found a way to get this to work 100% of the time. We were able to do 2 master nightfalls, 3 presage and 2 deep stone crypt in like 2 and a half hour and we didn’t have to wait forever for it to work.

God I miss these days. The 12/9 man raids/nightfalls were so fun. I fully understand why they had to patch it out and I know it was rough on the servers but I loved bungies response to the bug they let it ride for like 3 weeks after its discovery. Not only do I miss the 12 man stuff I miss warmind cells and anarchy.... and marco uploading often and it not just him complaining X-D granted the last video was like a classic marco video and I loved it "cheeseburger!!!"

To explain this, im going to designate 3 people in the group of 12 as [player 1], [player 2], and [player 3] [player 1] will promote [player 3] to fireteam leader, and then [player 1] and [player 2] will leave the fireteam, splitting the group into 2 and 10. [player 1] will now join on [player 2], and then [player 2] will promote [player 1] to fireteam leader. This is the most important step, and what caused our runs to succeed. [player 1] will now get ready to launch the activity, and [player 3] will get ready to join on [player 2], bringing the whole group of 10. [Player 1] will now launch and call for [player 3] to join up a little before the launch timer reaches 2 seconds. If done right, [player 1] should see "someone is joining your fireteam" around 0 seconds. If not, [player 1] and [player 2] change characters or leave the fireteam and try again.
