Destiny 2 - Last Wish Raid but Everyone Sucks

A few days ago we finally beat the Last Wish in Destiny 2 for the very first time. We had the help of 2 'Redeem' members: 'Gladd' & 'Phammy', but I'm not sure if they made things easier, or harder at times.
Anyway, the whole thing was streamed and this is basically a highlights video, showing the best and worst moments. Hope you enjoy!

I’m mad. Done scourge 18 times and still don’t have a curated threat level. OEM is one of his first exotics, he has selfie, he has the dreaming city ship and has the sparrow. This man is the epitome of luck.

If it makes you feel better, you can get slightly better than the curated roll by rolling the same perks except with a mag that can hold at least one more shot. I got one a few runs after getting the curated roll.

Kingjso1237 You don’t want the curated Shotty, any Surrounded one will be better, and if you actually want a Trench Barrel one, go for one with Tactical mag and a Handling/Reload masterwork. Only thing good about the curated one is Trench Barrel.

@@WeLoveAspect Surrounded is only good for add clear and normal gambit primevals, most raid bosses that you can burn with shotguns don't have adds during the damage phase to proc surrounded.

Armageddragoon They certainly do though, 90% of strike bosses do, most raid bosses do besides some like Insurrection and Riven, most Menagerie bosses do although I wouldn’t recommend shotgunning those Menagerie ones lol Besides, Trench Barrel mostly lost it’s usefulness because Anarchy + Mountaintop is better and literally any heavy GL is better. But if I was going to use a shotgun, it would be Surrounded, the downtime for having to melee everytime I want bonus damage is too severe whereas Surrounded is up constantly, especially with the Spec which keeps it going for a couple seconds even after becoming unsurrounded. I recommend using Luna factions with Empowering Rift and a Healing Rift under it, you gain both benefits but keep the massive range boost allowing you to sit in a group of ads and shotgun bosses and mini bosses with full damage (as if you were infront of them) from far away.

AppleWasMyIdea trials is never returning in D2, comp is a shit show and load outs should be hand picked by bungie, gambit is probably the only good PvP mode and that’s not even PvP, super mods really need to be toned down, so does one eyed mask, it gives you wall hacks if you get hit, and extra damage as well as full health and an overshield if you get a kill, oh yeah did I mention Iron Banner with lord of wolves and recluse running rampant, not to mention on console you are guaranteed to run into on bygones every match, yeah, PvP needs to have every perked toned down, but not at the expense of the PvE experience, which is what many people play D2 for

Similar thing happened in my family. My brother was a D1 vet who has done every raid over 15 times each and joined before the first expansion. Meanwhile I only got into the game late into year 3, like right before age of triumph. When age of triumph launched, i did VOG for the first time and immediately received vex mythoclast. My brother was furious about my RNG as he hadnt gotten vex yet. And then, I got Icebreaker on my first zavala bounty for it. Now, hes made my nickname on our D2 discord server "StupidRNG"
