All these projects mean nothing until businesses feel safe to invest in Bengal. As of now, no business is coming to Bengal. From the day the Tata project for NANO was driven out of Bengal, all prospects for Bengal's revival was destroyed. The party and the woman who did this is still ruling Bengal. Lawlessness is everywhere. Small businesses know how they are harassed by party operatives, even though labour relations are slightly better. Educated Bengali youth have all fled Bengal. So good luck with these pipe dreams.
