At 47 years of age, my desire isn't to do super crazy workouts, but rather to stay consistent with my workouts so I can maintain a good quality of life and remain active! I appreciate you ladies and the content you create! I absolutely loved this and in particular I really liked the lunge. It was a fun and more creative way to do a lunge which I really enjoyed! ❤

I just found you two a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE your videos and your smiles! I must have been in a plateau with my other work out videos because I've only been doing your work outs for 3 weeks and can see results in my arms and legs, its amazing. So far, this is my favorite video. I rewind and do another set and I've been adding weight each week. Keep making these great videos, you two are talented with these, new to me, moves!
