That kettlebell is the size of a basket ball for heaven's sake! How much does it weigh?

+Jan Karlsson Haha, you're right! In this video, I'm using a 24kg (about 52lbs). It's actually a professional grade kettlebell, however if you're new to kettlebells, start off with 10-20lbs & go from there. Thanks for watching :) ~ Max

Great stuff! Just a quick question if I may. For a three-times-a-week program, should you do this particular workout for all three times and change after a few weeks or should you aim to have three different HIT programs/week? Perhaps not an easy question, but I'd appreciate your 2 cents, thanks.

Jan Karlsson 3x/wk is good, and the more often you train, the better your results will be. You can do this particular routine 2 times through (24mins total) 3x/wk. If you want more variety, try doing a different one of our kettlebell workouts each day you train...this will keep things fresh & can carry you a long way!
