might should mention phone and bag security. the pick pockets were bad and they are looking for the easy target. Simple precautions, a lock or even have the zippers meet at the top of your backpack rather than one side or the other. phone lanyard is a great idea. Just taking some precautions make you less desirable to the thieves. And for god sake if you see someone acting shady tell the staff pretty much up to the community to put a stop to this problem. Those guys are not ravers, theyre not plur and they need to be weeded out.

Thank you for this! I've only been to EDC once (in 2019) and needless to say, I have so many regrets (didn't get there early enough, didn't bring warm clothes lol, didn't explore at all). I can't wait to see more (and remember more lol) this year 😩

There were so many cool things to explore in the Down Town EDC and things to see and interact with. Definitely, early is better. You won’t be board. OMG it got cold 🥶 and that wind! Hopefully not this year.

Don't go too hard on Friday night! Watch the fireworks from the stands at Cosmic Meadow at least once. Head to the speedway early on night 1, whether you use shuttle or drive your own vehicle it is almost always a bit of a clusterfuck.

i had to go to the medical tent my first year! almost died from alcohol. i dont remeber anything at all. but they let me sleep there on a bed for a few hours. and the put an IV in my arm, very nice doctors and it was all FREE!!! woke up the next day with no hangover!! AMAZING IV. NOW i understand why they have the IV mobile therapy is a thing BUT EXPENSIVE!

First edc in 2019, first time in vegas and I was solo. I stayed at the D in old vegas. I had a shuttle premiere shuttle pass and in my experience, it went smoothly. Traffic wasn't bad at all and arrived at a timely manner. I wasn't rolling or anything since I was solo, but I heard there were lots of undercover cops selling stuff. Also, there were a lot of pick pocket going on. The only thing I wished I knew going into edc was packing warmer clothes. It got so cold at night. Maybe I was rolling it wouldn't matter, idk? Bought tickets the following year and then covid happened. Now I'm just too old to go.

I remember when year I went me and my girlfriends matched outfits and had a day of the dead theme.,We got asked if we wanted to go go on one of the smaller stages LOL but I had a mini panic attack and couldn’t go on SMH one of my biggest regrets today. If someone asks you to dance on stage are you toughen up and dance on stage!

11:30 First EDCLV I went to and I ran into 3 kids who were in HS that were so messed up they were tossing in a trashcan. 15 mins later I ran into like 4 ppl in their 40s that were just as messed up. Pace yourself. Don't do back to back days. Trust me your body ain't built for that and will bite back. Also that Kaskade Art Car set. Never seen that many ppl at an art car before. Sheeeeesh lol

Nope! We went right at the end of i_o's set so as the DJs were switching, they opened the door and let people off the ramp and there was a line to get on so we just squeezed in as they were switching.
