WOW. I WENT TO BEDROCK CITY IN THE 80s AS A KID WITH MY GRANDMA, I STILL REMEBER IT. IT WAS LIKE DISNEYLAND TO ME.

Loved this video! I have to say though there was a theme park in Kelowna BC Canada for many years for the Flintstones as well. Unfortunately there is a dealership in its place now.

Please do a video on Željava airbase under the mountain Plješevica on the border of Croatia and Bosnia. It was build during in the age of SFR Jugoslavija.It's a giant underground airbase, demolished in the last war 1992-1995. and from then it is abandoned.

The housing shortage is great in most places, but they leave entire cities dilapidated.
@jacoballred76894 жыл бұрын
There are plenty of different abandoned buildings all of them have something in common. The caretakers get really old, or people lose total interest. Most people have enough repair problems dealing with their own home. Then certain people have paid big money into remodeling old structures.

Comino tower (St.Mary's Tower) has been restored to it's glory in 2002 .... so not abandoned any more. It is approx 25 minutes away, by walk from Blue Lagoon, and you can go inside, with lots of information displayed in there. Opening hours, I believe are from 10:30am till 3:00pm ... but always check if it is open or not, although the view from up there is breath taking ! PS make sure to take comfy shoes to walk :)

The tower on Comino was built by the Crusaders, as also many other towers on the islands, during their long reign.

I thought I’d seen that tower before! St Mary’s tower was used as the prison in the 2002 Count of Monte Cristo movie 🤔

Architects dont "build" anything.
@russelljenkins66064 жыл бұрын
This is really frustrating. Why not use more pictures or video clips of the actual building your talking about at the time, rather than B roll footage of other random shit? Its especially frustrating when you show more B roll footage, than footage of the actual building (or whatever it is) you're talking about! If you don't have enough footage, just shorten the piece, don't fill the majority of the video with what is essentially just crap and some of that crap isn't even relevant to what you're talking about! Sorry for the rant, but this has been really bothering me. In truth a lot of these types of channels do it and this channel isn't even the worst, but this is where I chose do dump my shit, so...so..lol.
