Yup another rock would work better. Was the marks from using a stone to carve the boomerang, or from hunting animals around rocks, or their kid beating rocks dad's boomerang like kids too day use bats, golf clubs and such to hit rocks?

How do they know they were neanderthals in Australia? Is that an assumption based on the view that Aborigines didn’t exist here back then? Never seen or heard of evidence that neanderthals were even in Australia. More likely Denisovans.

Too much ignorance in this video. "Mememto Mori" is a Latin phrase used by Stoic philosophers. Used in its proper context it means you don't know when you will die, therefore, live today as if it were you last. It was a reminder to always do your best. Be the best human you can each day and don't waste time. The owner of the ring was, obviously, a follower of the Stoic school of life.

Alphabet. Not so surprising when early Jews left Egypt so they would have bought it with them to Israel.

This one was produced very well. Your production and subjects are why I’m a subscriber. A little more time on the actual subjects and the actual dig sites, and less johnny depp and jim carey would be awesome too. Thanks for great content.

I’ve been watching your videos for many months. What would be cool to consider if you are ever lacking content is the explosion of Archaeogenetics (ancient DNA with archeology) that is now being uncovered at a growing rate. I’d love to see video content on this stuff and no one is doing it yet.

@@alexcholagh8330 I have, that's why I know there has never been a country called "Palestine". That's a region name the Romans came up with, not the name of a country. It's like I live in a part of North America called the piedmont, but that's a geographical area and nothing more.
