Probably ikon, man-thing and sersi from the epic quest but dont buy her skin since its outdated and also let the epic quest lvl sersi for you because she is free up to her trancendence. if you do the eternals epic quest pick her, picking kingo from the same quest only gives 1 star, so probably do him after you finish sersi's quest. These are characters that are great without uniform.

But if you want to buy uniforms, i recommend picking up either Spider gwen or lokis' latest uni, since you probably got their trancendence and tier 3 respectively during a 7 days login event.

You could also build thor, since the game wants you to tier 2 him anyways, and since they give you his second best uniform on the shield academy and its up to you if you wanna buy his best uniform or settle with the second best one.
