I know it may be hard to believe, but messing up is actually part of the process in any successful LDR :) If you start to notice changes in your relationship that bothers you, it is always WISER to be communicative and open to your partner about your concerns. Let them know what you feel and ask them what you two could do in order to make things more manageable for the both of you! Try not to overthink about the lesser time you have talking with each other or spending online together --simply learn to ask them questions and present your requests as well. There are alot of factors that could be affecting your situation, thus.. it is best to try to keep an open mind when changes happens.
