@@Yorokobi224 Yes, she alongside many other NPC visitors can randomly appear at The Roost, depending on the day of the week he/she was visiting your island. Others like the Able Sisters, Mabel comes in the mornings before their shop opens and Sable comes at night after the shop closes. Label however comes anytime after midnight when she leaves the plaza for the night on any random day of the week she visits your island.
