Thank you sir! Your daily videos are a bright spot in a sea of negativity. Beyond watching your amazing talent playing along side some classic PC/Genesis tunes; your kind, warm words are an amazing comfort. Thanks for being an amazing human being!

Nicholas I would say is as good as his dad. Daryl Sturmer is probably one of the best top guitarists in the world and has been in my opinion underrated. I edited this in.... The old Genesis were not well known in the states. Genesis are hoping to tour later this year. I think they would like to break into the States again. They got lots of early material to resurrect. Obvious the solo career of Phil Collins was a massive success. I really hope they can do it. I hope they ask you to do it too

Awesome, Lee! You’re one of my favorite bass players ever. These two songs are some of my favorites from No Jacket Required!
@Shred_The_Weapon4 жыл бұрын
“Inside Out” always meant a lot to me personally from the arrival of the No Jacket album, because it was not put on a single but always seemed to reflect back on both “Susudio” and “Who Said I Would” with an increased rock edge (Darryl totally rocks). Thank you for this one, Mr. Sklar, since I wasn’t even aware that it was ever in the Phil Collins live set. Nick’s certainly got plenty of his father’s skills!

Lee Sklar is either the ultimate session touring bassist or he is in a tie with Nathan East. I just love this man’s persona and skill.
@MaxBrilhart4 жыл бұрын
Below Average Joe You nailed it. Nathan East is probably my personal favorite, and I adore James Genus as well, but when I hear Lee play these tunes, I can’t help but think that he’s just such the perfect bass player. His tone, his musicianship, and his personality are the personification of class. And this is all coming from a drummer.

Christopher Reeve, .my childhood hero (Superman) said in a 1998 interview (after his accident in 1995) with David Letterman, that his accident showed him that it can happen to anybody and that "we're all connected". He may have been talking about his accident but events today goes to show how absolutely true his words were. We'll get through this too. From here in Ireland, take care all.

Hi master . My rispet.
