Sanullim was mostly active from 1977 to 1981 at the height of government censorship of music and particularly rock in South Korea. It's three brothers forming a rock band in 1974 in high school, and so like most such groups, the oldest played guitar and sang, the second oldest (the one seen here in RQ's videos) played bass, and the youngest played drums. If you watch kdramas at all, you've probably seen the older brother, Kim Changwan, who has a highly successful career as a character actor.

Maybe next time on the European tour in January 2025... as they performed it already a few month/weeks ago the chances are good....I think. 🙂

Yeah, I'm not really a ballad guy, but I saw them do this live and I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. Really a lot of emotion in the vocal. I am always surprised by how heavy the guitars are in this piece the way they do it ... I would NOT advise standing on your piano ;) .

I think it's fair to say they _all_ knocked it out of the park on this one... 10:30 Yeah, that was Han Seung-oh; we just saw him come in as the camera was whirling round... 😂 The guy in the dark sweatshirt and cap is his brother Jeong-wook, RQ's manager. Apparently, Kim Changhoon originally approached them asking them to cover a different Sanullim song (they didn't say which), but they _really_ wanted to cover Reminiscence, and thankfully, they argued their case well... I love just how _gushing_ Changhoon was with his praise... so lovely! 🥰 I'm _also_ lucky enough to have seen this live; they performed it as part of their _pretty epic_ (but still too short) set at their solo show last month... There's a story Iree told at one of their online shows about the filming of the video; I think they'd done most of the filming, she was pretty exhausted, and she took the opportunity to curl up for a bit of a nap.
